Preventative Maintenance Program
Twice per year we will visit your building to perform a detailed inspection and cleaning including:
- replace filters (filters included)
- check, tighten electrical connections
- lubricate components as required
- check, clean condensate drains
- clean evaporator/condensing coils (once per year)
- check refrigerant pressures (max 1 lb per unit)
- check for proper voltage and amperage draws
- check and adjust belts for proper tension
- insure electrical controls work properly
- check heating operations (ignition and safety controls)
- heat exchanger safety inspection
